Blonding & Bronding

blonding sessions encompass any lightening techniques your stylist sees fit for your desired end result. blonding sessions are more focused on the time needed, vs. the technique. instead of having a variety of lightening services such as highlights, balayage, babylights, foiliyage, etc. – we just keep it simple and call it all blonding for the sake of easy booking!

but what about bronding? think of it as blonding – but for brunettes. your stylist will do whatever techniques are necessary to give you the dimensional, rich brunette or bronde color of your dreams.

curly haircut guidelines: arrive with clean hair, styled as you would typically wear it with minimal product. no buns or braids as this can take away time from the appt to detangle and visualize how the hair naturally wants to fall.

Hair Extensions

at valentine collective we offer a variety of extension methods including handtied, weft extensions, and tape ins.

Booking Guidelines: install appointments are only available once you have completed an in person consultation with your artist, or are a current extension client.

please note we only install extension hair purchased and provided by valentine collective to ensure quality.

Extension Consultation

an extension consultation is required for all new vco extension clients. during the consultation, your stylist will answer any questions you may have, walk you through the booking process, and color match you to prep for your install appointment.

after your consultation appointment, if you decide to move forward with extensions – a non-refundable deposit is required to order your hair and schedule your install date.

after your first installation appointment, you will receive an extension care box with aftercare instructions included.

Where it all began.



Valentine Collective Salon’s flagship location in Green Lake, Seattle, was founded in 2022 by Haley Valentine with a vision to redefine what it means to thrive in the beauty industry. she set out to create an uplifting, forward-thinking environment where hairstylists are empowered to grow, express their individuality, and operate at the highest level of professionalism. at VCO, every detail is curated to deliver a luxury experience - for both guests and artists - while continuously elevating the standard of the industry as a whole.

in 2026, Valentine Collective expanded to serve a second community on the east side with the opening of Valentine Collective Woodinville. rooted in the same philosophy and unwavering commitment to excellence as our flagship Green Lake location, Woodinville extends the Collective experience - bringing the same standard of artistry, culture, and elevated service to a new space while remaining deeply connected to the foundation of VCO.

the term “Collective” was inspired by the idea of many minds, one vision. a space where individual talents thrive within a unified culture. within Valentine Collective, there are many artists and avenues of craft, all united by shared values and a common message. whether through our salon artists, bridal specialists, or VCO EDU, the same thread runs throughout: a consistent voice and brand ethos that defines Valentine Collective.
