Haley Valentine is the founder of Valentine Collective Salon and a nationally recognized educator with over a decade behind the chair. licensed since 2013, her early career centered around lived-in color and bridal artistry before naturally evolving into education, where she began teaching bridal techniques and social media strategy for artists.
she later joined the R+Co education team, growing from regional educator into their national education platform. alongside her work with R+Co, she continues to educate through in salon trainings, apprenticeships, and mentorship within Valentine Collective - where she remains actively involved in developing her team’s technical skill, confidence, and professionalism.
her education focuses on lived in blonding, strategic placement, and simplifying behind the chair techniques to help stylists work smarter, not harder. her approach blends technical precision with real-world salon efficiency, giving artists tools they can immediately implement.
beyond salon education, Haley’s experience extends into celebrity styling, print, editorial, and media work. she brings a well rounded, real world perspective rooted in years of hands on industry experience.
her mission is simple: to empower stylists with the knowledge, systems, and confidence to elevate their craft and define their own version of success - both creatively and professionally.

founded alongside Valentine Collective’s vision for elevating the beauty industry, VCO EDU was created as a dedicated space for education, collaboration, and creative development. located within our flagship Green Lake location, the VCO Studio serves as both an internal training environment for our artists and a learning space for stylists across the industry looking to advance their craft.
led by founder Haley Valentine, VCO EDU is rooted in the belief that education should feel inspiring, intentional, and community-driven. from in-salon training to hosted industry classes, our goal is to cultivate an environment where artists feel empowered to grow, connect, and continuously evolve.
